Sonic Drive-in - Peoria

Savanah was the best car hop we have had in a long time. She greeted with a huge smile and with alot of energy. It's rare to get customer service like that! Good Job Savanah

Just an update i went there today and had very nice service my car hopper was very happy and cheerful

Called just a few minutes ago to let an employee know that I found a rotten cherry in my drink. I didn’t have a terrible experience with the person I spoke with she insisted that the cherry I got was not rotten and said “it was too ripe”. Unfortunately I’ve had many bad experiences lately at this sonic and will no longer be going here. I hope something changes soon for the existing customers.

Ordered and got home and realized my shake and kids food was wrong. Called and they 'made it right ' by replacing the food and shake, but when my shake was wrong again. I asked for a brownie batter shake and got a oreo shake twice. And they almost forgot food again, had to go back and grab something.

I come to this place often have no problems. always good food and courteous staff. but today I worked on the car wanted to relax to eat a bit. the mozzarella sticks were great, the burger was good the slumber really syrupy, but the perpetrator darts if they can call them that. what the hell did you just make the fall in my order empty?
