Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant experience was terrible. The ice maker was broken, and I had to wait over 20 minutes outside for my order to be ready. When I finally went inside, my soup was only half-filled, and the manager and a woman were rude when I asked about it. They told me the outdoor heaters were not working without any courtesy. When I requested napkins, they replied in a disrespectful manner that they were out and wouldn't have any until someone returned from the store. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and unsanitary dining experience with the worst service I have ever encountered.
Terrible, dirty, the food was bad. Over priced food, staff was rude, will never set foot in this food chain again. They seemed to have gone down hill. I have been to several of these restaurants and they all seem to get worse.
There were no surprises at Panera. The bagel was satisfactory. The self-service kiosks were a bit glitchy. The dining area was relatively clean and the staff were courteous.
The food at this restaurant is quite tasty. Although there was a mistake in assembling my sandwich during a delivery order, the staff were very nice about it. They gave us a refund and also included a delicious scone as an apology.
I walked in and ordered a sandwich. 25 minutes later I still did not have my togo sandwich. I went to the manager and she had no customer service and just gave me my money. Im still hungry and just wasted my time.
