Culture Mix Coffee - Peoria

The tea was bad. Green smoothie was disgusting. Waited so long for the drinks when 4 people were behind the counter. Cute vibes, terrible taste and wait.

The vibes of the place are cute, but... I was the only person in the store from beginning to end. I ordered a coffee and a pina colada and it took 14 minutes! They were moving so incredibly slow I think it was the first coffee she had made in her whole entire life. The coffee was also mid and very bitter. At least the shop is cute right? Also it's my birthday.

My first visit to culture coffee my hazelnut latte was good. Delicious and I could taste the hazelnut. Only thing was they assumed I wanted iced instead of hot. However my second and 3rd visits were not good at all. I ordered another hazelnut latte and it tasted nothing like the first time. I decided to give them another chance and my 3rd hazelnut latte tasted like straight burnt coffee. I asked for a replacement which they had no problem doing but the coffee they did give me just tasted like a regular coffee with cream and sugar. Couldn't taste hazelnut at all. The woman there is very sweet and nice but the coffee is just not consistent.

The coffee was very ok. The food items were amazing. I suggest the strawberry banana crepes.

Glad to have another place over here for breakfast. The Strawberry and Banana is what you'd expect. Great crepe and fresh fruit and well chocolate. The Hatch Green Chili was less than I hoped for. The flavor was not as full palette as it sounded. The chilis were great and the crepe was cooked well but fell a little short. We ordered eggs with it and they were carton eggs. I had hoped for fresh cracked but wasn't the case. The Cold brew was good and a bit heavy on the milk. Suggest just ask for less milk. Good flavor though. Vanilla Latte was made well with good. The coffee roast they use is pretty good.
