An incredible atmosphere and the staff that is beyond the comparison, you can fully enjoy what is probably the best restaurant in the area. Make sure to get a dish that has its made-daily pasta. A daily changing menu is still outstanding. This place is a true culinary experience.

I went for the first time last night as part of a bachelor party. I cannot recommend this place very much! Not only did they take care of us, but our food was delicious. The mushroom pate was a big hit and our entrees were perfectly prepared and nicely plated. All flavors were free and dynamic. What a great experience! We are happy to have a place like Edge in Peoria! I look forward to our next visit and will definitely book future events here.

Great atmosphere and the staff was very nice and friendly. You may wait a few minutes for your order to be taken but overall it is well worth the wait. Initially our meal was not quite to our liking but the chef and staff made the necessary changes with no questions asked. I have nothing negative to say about this location.

Absolutely amazing experience. My husband and I attended one of their wine and 5 course meal pairings. The food was absolutely amazing and the night ran perfectly. I am gluten and dairy intolerant so they made sure every meal I got was complaint but still absolutely delicious

My husband and I went in for our anniversary. The dining room is small, but with high ceilings. It was fairly casual while still being fine dining. The cheese plate was amazing, the pickled green onions added a nice zip to cutting the fat of the the cheese. The chicken dish that was available that day was amazing, very tender and no dry at all. Will definitely be back.
