Petrasek Artisan Bakery - Penticton

What a beautiful spot with Paris music in there! They have a lot of variety on the menu and good quality of products! Not that much table if you want to eat/work there, but tasty flavors!

As I've said in other reviews, I search out bakeries whenever I travel, and I'm thrilled to have found two outstanding bakeries in two days. At this bakery, I wanted to buy one of everything, and they had quite the holiday spread--thumbprint cookies, stollen, etc. We tried the cinnamon-croissant twist, a chocolate custard croissant, and a hazelnut croissant. All were fantastic--and we'll be going out of our way to visit here again.

This is the cutest little spot to stop for a coffee and bakery item. The caramel macchiato was so smooth and not too sweet. The strawberry tarte was delicious.

Wow! The pastries were delightful: light, crispy, not too sweet. Perfect cappuccinos. To find a bakery of this calibre was an unexpected treat!

We went here months ago when looking for a house. Now we arrived yesterday to live here and WHAT??? No house was deemed adequate until I searched for walking distance to Petrasek. It's like the Twilight Zone, Time Enough at Last : We hope everyone is well and you'll be back soon. Oh I just saw the facebook page and they'll be back. Oh I am in heaven on earth!
