The Fishing Hole - Pensacola

Came here for lunch and the boom boom shrimp was amazing. I also ordered the shrimp and crab chowder soup and salad. The was fresh and delicious. Even though it was lunch time and they were busy my food came out fast. I think I found a great lunch spot!

Trigger sandwich skin was left on and rubbery when fried the fries were great. We were the first person in the door. Atmosphere was nice. One unisex restroom in the restaurant. We waited for over a 30 min for the check. Had to ask a different waiter to get it for us. I won't go back.

I was in town to visit family and on a high recommendation for excellent seafood we went here. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but in my opinion you will find some of the best foods there. I have to say I wish we had a place like this, where I like, but you can't beat the freshness of a seafood restaurant on the beach. I'd be there as many times as I could be. I had two beers from Pensacola Bay. Served in bottles, but brought a frost cup to pour it. We have the Smoked Tuna Dip as an appetizer. A very tasty razor. Much to go for 5 people. I decided to go out and get the Seafood Basket and replace my page for a bowl of rubberbock for a few extra mice. My parents said it was the best rubber bear and that was no joke. It is delicious and filled! The seafood was fresh and perfectly cooked. The salad was also very delicious and fresh. It was hard not to fill it! Amazing food everywhere. Service was also great. If you want delicious seafood from a small local store, come here. They won't be disappointed.

This place was great! Not only were they able to record our big group, but they served us with a great attitude. The whole staff seemed happy to be there and like to serve. We all loved our food too. Anyway, we're coming back to Pensacola!

Remember the TARDIS... it's bigger on the inside than the outside. Don't leave the outside of the restaurant. It is very nice inside, white cloth tablecloths. I had Mullet plate with Turnip Greens, huge hush puppies. Excellent! My wife had Shrimp Tacos, she thought she was very good. Nice place for a date night.
