Taco Bell - Pensacola

I love Taco Bell but I will not be back at this location for a while stopped with my mom we parked the car and I go in I'm standing at the register glancing over the menu to make sure we know what we want so I know what to order for me and my mom well as I'm waiting there's more people behind me they're waiting for their food to come through and like a Taco Bell the line is long and drive through there's two people over at the window one of them looks like he's training the other glances over at the register sees me I know he sees me cuz I'm pretty sure I made eye contact with him proceed to turn around continue talking to this one person not notifying anybody else that I am standing at the register waiting to order a good few minutes passed before I finally had enough and I walked out no food did not order anything because nobody came up to the register like I said I love Taco Bell when I want a taco fixed I go to Taco Bell but I won't be back to this location for a while

Stop by this Taco Bell to have lunch truly truly enjoyed my lunch I am a taco fanatic the employees were all friendly and the young lady at the register was very very professional and she had a very good attitude she was smiling and she was just real nice and then that was something that was really needed had a hard day that day and going into that Taco Bell definitely made it a lot better

Drive through tells you that they only take cash when u to the importer speaker. No place to get around this point, wait. Manager said there was nothing they could do about building cars in Drive-thru to notify them. Hmm?

I love Taco Bell food and it was good and they were friendly. But my order was wrong. For health reasons, I no longer try to eat beef/poor, so I ordered chicken products. What I got was beef and I didn't know until I was back on my way. ?

Service was blotchy, they gave us the wrong order after they rushed to order... with an extensive menu. There is no guarantee that the items you choose are actually edible. Nacho bell grande... rough, greasy and must be removed. Not all items in the menu can be ordered in the thru drive. There is no indication of which items you should order online before you enter the store. Personnel is not knowledgeable about their own menu items.
