Melt Pensacola

I have been wanting to try their food for a while and I am sadly disappointed. After the first bit it continued to get colder, the dollop of cheese covering it was massive, and the seasoning were lacking. I am gonna give it another go because maybe they had a bad day although I order at 1130 on a Wednesday afternoon. Who knows.....

I tried a classic mac n cheese and a philly cheese steak (pictures below). The Mac n cheese was VERY underwhelming. It tasted like the cheese came from a can and the noodles were over cooked and mushy. Then they add a garnish on top to make it look better. ?I think they use the same 'melted cheese ' on the sandwiches because the Philly sandwich tasted just like the Mac n cheese. I don 't think I 'll be going back again. I can spend $30 on something that tastes better.

This is one of my favorite food trucks in town. I have enjoyed everything I have tried. The cheese curds are always a must when I visit.The owner really cares about the customers and the quality of their experience. If you have not tried them, then please do because you'll enjoy it.

Awesome Food only surpassed by the Awesome owners who actually work the truck and care about what they serve..... definitely a plus for Pensacola!
