Mcdonald's - Pensacola

Saturday, 26 September 2020. The family and I decided to eat McDonald. When I approached, thru drove and our orders. Lady, who seemed to be the manager, served us and asked me to wait up for a drink I ordered, like me, that I realized that my food was served at unregulated temperature. So I went in and asked her to rotate my order freshly. I tried to get nice, who seemed to be manager to tell her that I was waiting outside for drink she worked. She seemed to ignore me. So I repeated, apologise again, that it was me that it makes her sad for her, with an unpleasant voice? I know! I'm waiting very upset. When I was waiting, I noticed that cooks don't wear masks or gloves while I prepared food. I was very disappointed and discussed! I lost my appetite, I just took food and threw it away. I couldn't eat it. Let's go with a PANDEMIC! The nerve of you to serve the public without care, care or work ethics. Unbelievable! We're done. My family and I are about to eat creepy places. We can eat cold and insecure food at home at our own expense. Thank you.

Just by the ride through 09/26/2020 went by 2pm to Sat. The girl that goes through the ride completely ignored me after asking three times what I wanted. I said to stop.... then I left for 10 minutes. I ran away. Absolutely terrible service and attitudes... Never come back and I will file a formal complaint with the office.

Try something new and true and now for a limited time. A famous sportsman has supported a great lunch combo idea with barbecue sauce. In the need for alternative demand for no bacon, honey in barbecue sauce and their delicate fish sandwich has never, always disappointed. Comfortable and excellent service in a pandemic.

This is an annoying parking lot to come in and out when you have to turn to the light, but I pulled off, then tasted my simple ice cream coffee and I almost gagged. I called the store and the girl said come back and we'll get him back. Cool. I wait and got the second drink. Maybe it's just me, but nobody wants coffee to drink milk and sugar with a splash of coffee. I just left bc obviously that it wasn't better than that. Just write this review bc I? ve ordered this drink with other McDonald?s and it was never that light.

Some of the staff at this McDonalds seem to have some very serious attitude problems and I will avoid it at all costs in the future! Don?t expect to be treated with any dignity or human kindness here for you will have stepped into a world where that is the exception and not the rule. I know things are tough for everyone right now and people are stressed but I was truly shocked by the blatant rudeness toward the customers! I?ve worked fast food and I understand the difficulties of the job so I always bend over backwards to be polite to servers everywhere but here the favor is not returned. The owner of this McDonalds or either the corporation needs to become involved with the training because they really don?t care about customer service at all, including the manager. They are treating people like dirt.
