Mcdonald's - Pensacola

Rude hired girls talking to their employees while I try to order. I almost spilled my drink because they did not cover the right, just loud and respectful. just smiling.

Lady in the drive threw was rude, didn't hear me correctly, took longer than usual to get order, and they got it wrong. Nobody said thank you, and guy who handed me my food was also rude and stared harshly, kinda scary actually at me. Never again, worst McDonald's experience ever, Ray Croc would revoke they're franchise.

Disgusting. What happened to the ice cream machine. You go inside and the ice cream machine works. You go thru the drive thru and the ice cream machine doesn't work. SO WHICH IS IT??? IT DOES OR IT DONT??? THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS AND IT DOESNT MATTER WHICH MCDONALD'S YOU GO TO THEY ALL TELL YOU THE SAME THING. IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO SERVE ICE CREAM ALL THE TIME...THEN TAKE THE DAMM THING OUT. THAT WILL GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE TIME TO PLAY AND TALK ON THEIR PHONES WHILE IGNORING THE CUSTOMER.

There is a guy by the name of David here. He is always working the back drive through window. His customer serve is impeccable! We need more fast food workers like him. He should also be training others on customer service.

The customer service was horrible. Inside was like a futuristic mcdonalds. No refills unless u wanted to wait for the 1 cashier to quit gossiping in the back
