Hungry Howie's Pizza - Feedback

Pizza was made on time and was good. this place has a bit of a bad rap here and with my very positive experience I made it guilty to me.

Only lasted 2 follow phone calls and 1 1/2 hours to get my order, which not even any crust taste I had ordered.

Order pizza over the app and it was appreciated to wait a 45 min an hour later when I went to pursue my order, it said that it was on about an hour.
