Firehouse Subs New Warrington

The manager at this point is Very Rude. She needs to learn how to treat people with respect. If you cannot treat the heat, then go out of the kitchen. Respectless for customers and disastrous for employees.

Editing criticism: This is my third time here, and probably will be my last time. Staff stay very unfriendly with which I can handle if I no longer had to wait 30 minutes to get a mobile order I had ordered 25 minutes before the arrival to the restaurant. No sub takes a hr to make Awesome Subs. Staff were not very friendly or helpful, but they were efficient and good sandwiches made

I visited this place at the top lunch hour, but I was through the line in no time b/c they are very fast to take orders to move the line very efficiently. All employees were very friendly, even as busy as they were, which is refreshing, considering that customer service is so rare with a smile that almost does not exist in these days. I received my order within 5 minutes and it was just like I ordered. My sandwich (The Family Italian) was very delicious, but I can honestly say I never had a bad meal at any Firehouse sites I visited in Pensacola. I recommend Firehouse Subs and especially this location.
