Silvana’s Italian Cuisine

Okay so we ordered mozzarella garlic bread and it was literally a hoagie filled with garlic and cheese lol. Also my fiancé ordered penne and we received no phone call that they didn 't have it but when he got there they said uh we gave you linguine is that ok . Y 'all are straight up idiots and we will not be ordering ever again.

Great pizza and ingredients, it was a lil floppy and could have been cooked a few more minutes. Other than that pizza was excellent! ?

Family business. Nice decore. Place was empty at dinner time. Roof was leaking in bathrooms. No soap to wash hands.

The place was very quaint, the waitress was super friendly, she gets 5 stars. Over all I gave it a 3 star bcuz the jumbo shrimp were just regular size shrimp. My suggestion would be to change the menu to shrimp. That way customers won’t be disappointed.

So, I ordered pickup through the slice app again tonight. Only this time, once I ordered got there to pickup my food when they said it would be ready, it hadnt even been made yet. The woman got my info, walked away didn't come back for anything for 21 mins. Left me in the drive thru, no idea what the hold up or situation was the entire time. My son was with me even said, what's taking so long. I said idk, this is ridiculous. The least someone could have done was apologize for the situation try to correct it no matter what. That is, if you want to stay on the same path. And truly have repeat customersr at least make an attempt to keep a repeat customer.
