Subway - Pennington Gap

Meat and veggies were fresh. Bread not baked long enough. Like chewing soft leather. Floors not clean. Good and friendly service.

I sat and waited in line for (no exaggeration) thirty minutes for a pick up order before anyone even acknowledged that I was there. I then waited an extra 20 minutes before I got my order. The lady behind the counter had her phone propped between her shoulder and ear and was just talking away while the younger boy working with her was doing pretty much everything.

Dietary restrictions: They had stuff my niece was able to eat. Wheelchair accessibility: It was nice that we could take my niece in the building in her wheelchair.

Lynette worked really hard making our order... which was 4 footlong subs ordered online... BOGO special! Great service from her the team!!!

My girls love to eat at Subway. Yeah, just like everywhere now a day's the price for a meal is pretty steep. But I have faith that things will work out for the better. Kid-friendliness: They are always nice and very friendly to us every time we eat there.
