It is always a horrible experience and the food is never right.

This place is terrible!!! Food is always cold ALWAYS MADE WRONG, the manager has a horrible attitude yelling at me when I tried to explain she was refunding me more than she should have buy 15$ she told me “she’ll refund me her way” and threw the money on the counter and the food on the floor. That was just one visit this time they think it’s acceptable to give me a plain burger and one tomato. It’s a wonder how this place is even open still. I worked at McDonald’s in harmarville for 5 years and would have been fired for this behavior and “quality”

Forgot part of our order, after politely explaining the part that was forgotten they immediately hung up.

Ordered the 7 both Burger were supposed to add may and lettuce this picture speaks I had maybe 15 fries as a medium fry that were completely covered in salt tried calling to return the order and the phone was hung up in my face 2

If you are on a diet this is the McDonald's for you!!! Because they will probably forget 1/2 your order. The food you do get will be barely edible.
