Starbucks - Penfield

Cute little Starbucks. No drive thru but it’s still nice. Service was excellent and the drinks were great.Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors makes it easy for wheelchair accessibility.

I ordered a cold drink at this store and my cup was filled completely with ice. I would be surprised if there was even a 1/3 cup of liquid. I literally had 3 small tastes. I will always ask for no ice in the future! Also the person who waited on my was very unfriendly. A smile or thank you goes a long way.

The store open at 5:30am. I use the Starbucks mobile app to order. My food was ready in less than five minutes.

Worst Starbucks experience ever! I was waiting on an order for a very long time. Two employees saw me but ignored me. Then a tall heavyset blonde woman with glasses came up to the pick up counter and put a drink down.I asked her for my order and showed her the phone(which by the way they always ask for! she went to go get the order and then when she came back she had a very nasty attitude and said “next time just tell me the order instead of shoving a phone in my face”. I was appalled! First of all, I did not shove a phone in her face! Second of all, if she wasn’t ignoring me I would have told her the name in the first place! I would NOT recommend coming here.Try the newer one on Fairport road.I’ve never experienced bad customer service there.
