Lindsay was amazing. And we'll come back and i really hope she's my server again

First time eating here I placed a to go order. Staff kinda passed me along instead of being helpful. Ultimately a older guy maybe owner or manager spoke to me being pretty condescending. I couldnt see a make shift host stand by another door Sorry .. The fish sandwich was very soggy all the breading just fell off. Fries soggy as well. Low quality. Would not come back.

Terrible service took an hour to get drinks and that was after my niece went down to get them from the bar after we waited. By that time they were completely watered down from sitting at the bar for so long and customers at the bar informed my niece they had waited longer. Food took an hour as well so we sat in the overheated upstairs with barely functional air conditioning with waters that were melted and at room temp. When we brought the long wait to our servers attention she blamed the bar who blamed the server and then another waiter blamed management for them not being prepared. The manager on duty acted shocked at the poor service and comped my mother for the alcoholic beverages of which we each had just one because it took so long. We never even received the wine we ordered and we told them to cancel it. Our reservation was at 6:30 and we did not leave until 9 pm due to the wait. Very disappointing evening with everyone pointing fingers placing blame elsewhere instead of rectifying the situation. I have worked in the service industry as a waitress and a bartender for almost thirty years and I would never have passed the blame like this and I do not take it lightly posting a poor review but this was ridiculous. Will not be back.

Wednesday night. Waited at the door for a hostess and realizes she was at the other door. No sign to direct you. Reservations for 630. Seated at 640, drink orders at 650. 750 no drinks. My Granddaughter went to the bar and brought them to the table. Bartender said they had been sitting there for awhile. Top of the drinks were all melted ice. Orders for appetizers and entrees put in at the same time. 30 min later appetizers came and 30 minutes after that, finally, our meals. Server said the bartenders were slammed and the kitchen was behind. Everyone blaming each other. The second floor was extremely hot. Fortunately the food was good, but by the time we got it, we were so angry, we took it home. Took us forever to even get the check cause our server was busy taking pictures. Manager expressed his apology and comped our drinks, but there is a major problem with time management and service. Definitely won't waste my money or time again Don't usually leave a review like this... just want to save you the trouble.

Took 25 minutes just to get a glass of water....These restaurants don't realize without repeat customers there dead in the water...
