Great customer service and a great product. We had a BXR6200 Fifth Wheel Hitch and it began to show signs of wear. Contacted customer service and they sent out a whole redesigned hatch! Have the new BXR2100 installed last week and was super happy with how it drags and it is easy to use. It is about 60 pounds lighter than our old hatch and takes less space in bed!

Arrived Sunday afternoon, all sites were empty. Not a soul around. We picked one and set up for the night. The next day a young man was emptying the trash cans but was unable to tell us anything about payment. We checked the office at the factory next door but they seemed unconcerned and explained it is almost always empty on the weekends and mostly used by the customers getting repairs on their hitch systems. Very clean, quiet, with full hook ups.
