Bidrage med feedbackThis is a lovely little bistro with delicious home made food. There is both indoor and outdoor seating. The chairs are unpadded, but there are some padded benches. The service was fast and friendly. A great place for an informal reasonably priced family meal. Homemade scones!Fully wheelchair accessible with fully accessible washroom, including grab bar. The sink is mounted a bit too high, but most people could probably manage. They have free wifi
Ordered brunch and were impressed with the quality. Side salad included pomegranate seeds and pepitas and poached eggs were done perfectly. We'll be back for sure.
My wife and I stopped here while traveling between ferry docks. Our food was presented nicely with flavor to match. Prices were reasonable. Cappuccino was delicious.
I just tried this place last month with my husband. I think the owner was also the server... Lovely woman but I don't think she's had much (or any) experience in serving. There were only 2 other parties in the restaurant. She said to sit anywhere but there weren't many choices with 3 tables full of dirty plates and glassware. Nonetheless, we ordered our food and drinks at the till and sat down. We waited another 10 minutes before I got up to ask if we can have our drinks... She handed me my husbands bottle of beer and my glass of wine. When I got back to the table I realized the beer was not a twist off and she hadn't opened the beer. So I got up again and asker her to open it for me... The chef took his chef's knife and used it to open the beer... That may be cool amongst friends at a backyard BBQ, but I found it to be unsanitary. Here nor there my husband drank it anyway... The food came out and it was good, no complaints there... But the woman took my husbands finished beer away and didn't offer another. She brought him a glass of water and still didn't ask if we wanted anything else to drink or dessert for that matter... Will we go back again? NO... I have a feeling they won't last a year there. Unless they figure out their service and ambience, they won't last any longer than Emille's, the previous restaurant. A place like that will only get people in there from low season from the Resort.
I have dined at this restaurant several times. The food is amazing and the atmosphere is relaxed.
