Rocha - Penafiel

Whilst there was nothing in there menu that was stated to vegetarian, we rang to enquirer prior to our booking if it would be possible to prepare 3 meals for the vegetarians that were in our party of 7. The staff were very accommodating to cook off menu dishes. The service went above and beyond, they were very helpful and good spirited and we all had a laugh trying to traverse the language barrier with our complicated orders. The food was Delicious and very generously proportioned,and very reasonably priced. After the starters and table bread, i was pretty full so I thought I'd order the small Portuguese steak of the main menu and expecting a small steak was surprised when it was at least a 10oz cut. I devoured it all though as it was quite possibly the best steak i have ever eaten.

Great atmosphere in a Cousy modern restaurant lost in Abragão. Friendly and concerned staff. Great food. Is worth the trip

Two friends from the neighbouring town took the us to this restaurant. Was excellent food with excellent service with attention to detail and really nice people.

Equipe muito simpática, comemos bacalhau gratin com migas fantásticas! Da sobremesa a melhor rabanada que já comi em toda a minha vida! Inacreditável! Eu definitivamente voltaria!

Experiência fantástica. Marcamos por Tripadvisor comentários, e excedemos as expectativas. Espaço rústico e agradável, serviço super amigável e próximo. Aconselhou o pedido e não poderia ter sido melhor. Inputa uma tábua com salgado, recheado e queijos dignos de um casamento. Prato principal pedimos dois para tentar bacalhau ralado e carne assada pedimos dose e metade para 3, mas metade de cada dava e esquerda. Mas sobremesas novamente para ser agradavelmente surpreendido único e bolo de biscoito divino, creme leite creme queimado caseiro e amargo, e as rabanadas divinas. Será um lugar para voltar várias vezes com certeza, e recomendo uma visita a quem não sabe.
