Wendy's - Pembroke Pines

I have to admit that I usually don't post reviews unless it was over and over or totally horrible, but this interaction made my night. Honestly. So I deliver for over and I came to the store to pick up the order and the lobby was closed, what is good because it was over 11, so I went through the ride thru and the young man who works the drive thru window, I see him every time I come, he works alot and I hope will be paid enough for the time he devotes to the business of innocence, but still while I would make wait for them? I see you work a lot. I told him no, but my son wanted a frosty so that he gave my son a Jr Frosty and asked if my son wanted chicken nuggets or a happy food, I told him only a burger for my daughter would be okay and thank you so much he came back with a whole child's meal in the bag plus the order I had been waiting for. Before I came here, my tire went together and had to change my reserve and rush to the tires' place before they were closed at 11:00. I had a pretty hard and stressful night and this interaction picked me up a little and made me a little more positive. So if you see this, thank you!!! Every time I come here, he's always so sweet and hard. GIVE THAT MAN A RAIIIISE!

Great experience came last minute staff had a pleasant setting and didn't mind adding last minute items in the window. If you choose on the basis of the service, this is the one to choose. It is currently Wednesday, 6. April 2022@1251 a.m., who was on the staff nail.
