It's a wonderful place to eat! I highly recommend their products, personally I work there several times a week and I have breakfast and lunch, I recommend their sandwiches and natural juices, they are delicious and gigantic!! coffee has no comparison and the attention and service are the best in the area. Pd: My weakness is Señoritas or Milhojas

NEVER Again! We placed a party order for pickup. When I came to grab the order, it wasn’t ready. I was told it would be five minutes to wait over 20 minutes. I recommend hitting up some of the other Cuban bakeries in the area.

Hello everyone,I can tell you that this bakery is awesome.I swear the front door is well oiled because it is always opening and closing all day long. This place is so busy and has the best treats you can imagine. There is never a dull moment with this location. This place is so popular that people will drive from near and far just to get with her looking for. So worth it check it out. This is a great place to eat. It’s very Yum Yum scrumptious and delicious. Enjoy!!!!!!

I went to buy my cake on my Birthday, when it was time to cut the cake, my guests did not eat it, all of them find the cake funky, weird flavor and smell. I think I was the only one that eat half of my piece, it was a uncomfortable experience. I went there to ask them to try it and compare the flavor and they took the cake, tell me it was good that probably my guest did not like chocolate :S, then they offer me a credit. I appreciate that but I guess my passion is customer experience and I think it went bad, If I take the time to go back to the store with the cake for them to try it and smell it, it is because it was a BAD experience the previous day with 8 different people. when they say the cake is good and probably my guests don't like chocolate they are canceling my voice it is why are you complaining and then offered me the credit made me feel like I was there for money, when in reality I was there because I was concerned about safety... Tip for the store: do not cancel the customer, create empathy with the experience My birthday cake was a disaster and I was embarrased, offer the credit or other cake without making feel the person it is in a condescending way, more like to convince the customer how great your brand is. On my side, people is really nice I won't buy a cake there ever in my life I bough one that looks like a giant Ferrero rocher )Regards Maria
