Bidrage med feedbackBeen coming here for awhile and they usually a go to place whenever I'm in the area. Since I don't really eat beef burgers I usually go for a grill chicken or black bean or Turkey burger when I come here. And it's interesting to see how well burger places do when they're making something besides beef burgers. But it's really good. Now I have to point this out but sometimes depending on the cook back their; the burgers can be greasy, and i don't mean the usual grease from cooking a burger I mean really really greasy. I went with the sweet potato Smash fries that come with rosemary, and olive oil. Probably one of my favorite sweet potatoes out there now. The customer service though is always on point, real friendly and attentive. The place itself is clean all the time.
Decent burger joint but a little over priced and you can tell. It was super empty at lunch and it's probably because there's nothing memorable about this place. Reminded me of a sandwich from any run of the mill fast food restaurant. All the sides are extra which kind of stinks because me personally I'm used to burgers coming with fries.
So I left the car dealership in sawgrass and before getting back home to Miami I got off I 75 and visited SmashBurger. I had their new bacon double smash burger, but I added an extra patty because why not. The girl at the counter looked at me as if I was some sort of alien lol. I was surprised that they don't have cheese fries which is odd but the fries were pretty decent and the burger was absolutely delicious. The soap dispenser in the restroom was broken or somewhat working, and the bathroom was clean I guess, but it's smelled like a dirty mop. Service was friendly very attentive and the restaurant was clean very nice experience.
Great for a quick bite and an awesome place to go to when you want a cheaper burger fix. The burgers are made to order which is great, and there's a variety in side options like tater tots, onion strings, SmashFries (with Rosmary, olive oil, and garlic), etc. At times the burgers can be a bit too greasy, but it's a good quick service location. Just don't expect Fudrucker-level burgers.
I had a taste for a Smashburger, but this time I went to the location on Pines Blvd. The place was pretty quiet with only two customers inside. The layout of this restaurant was a bit different than the one in Sunrise whereas there was more booth seating, but still had the same casual décor. I was warmly greeted as I approached the counter and used a coupon I got for joining the Smash Club. I ordered the same thing I had the last time when I dined at Smashburger in Sunrise: the BBQ, bacon cheddar Smashburger with regular fries, to go. Didn 't have to wait that long, the food was prepared and handed to me within a few minutes. With a warm smile from the cashier, even from the guy who prepared the food in the kitchen, I was told to enjoy the food and to come back to Smashburger again. Now I apologize y 'all. I usually add pictures of my purchased food to my reviews; but it was a long drive back, and my vehicle started to smell like fries, which initiated my stomach to growl. With Yandel 's Encantadora blasting through the speakers, I placed the bag of food in my lap and began munching on those thin cut fries, which was plenty, from Pines Blvd. all the way to Hallandale....Na na na ehhh, Na na na ohhh, Na na na ehhh
