Ihop - Pembroke Pines

This is the best IHOP franchise in the whole town of Pembroke Pines. We came here to visit my family for a week and every late night we would dive into this place for a late night lunch. Would always be greeted by the guy who worked there. From food to service provided, this place is excellent. Much cheers to the captain there and also one of the chefs. Will be here December when I come back in town!

I love him. They are very consistent and the service is always good, at least in Florida. This meal was my first time from the 55 and order via menu. Although I have actually passed a few years. I didn't do that here or anywhere else. The name of the server was Ella. She was a nice lady. So I pulled this out of my system and I guess I'm coming to AARP or something. But seriously, it's a nice little IHOP and every time we want something to eat without having steams. It's a nice place to go.

For me, always a good place for breakfast. I live very close, and I always go to this place. Never had an unpleasant situation there, food is good, service excellent, experience great. Thanks. great work!!!

Oh, Lord, I have so much to say about this place today, but I don't want to spend my birthday writing that. The delay is crazy. We waited for about 30 minutes for only lemonade. When they brought the lemonade, it was watery, so we had to ask for an exchange, the next lemonade they brought had no ice. I wasn't that only unhappy with this service that everyone around us complained about this terrible service, we ordered our food about an hour ago and we wait for it. I wish who leads this place will see what is going on here today, because this is a disaster. Ihop is my favorite place to eat, so I know what good service is. I definitely don't come back to this place.

We enjoyed our meal but service was a bit slow and coffee was not hot..
