Dunkin' - Pembroke Pines

My tea had an unpleasant minty taste I suspect came from the guy who didn't wash my drink the cups between the different drinks. Then whoever my bacon, egg and cheese strangely on the floor of the egg with the bacon still at the top, so the whole sandwich was just a cunning hot mess. Very dissapointing.

This DD needs a complete renovation. From building to staff. It is always a long waiting period whether there are 10 customers or 2. The staff is rude and will leave the counter without a word. I'm just coming here because it's close, but I think I'd rather go somewhere else.

Staff is always friendly and patient! Patient because when I go it's usually at the suggestion of my grandson who takes his time deciding. The store can sometimes be a little tidier at times, but it's not bad.
