Horrible service, waited forever in line just to get held back another hour after already waiting. Don’t come here

Terrible service. They totally ruined our mothers day brunch. The host and a guy that helps seat the people are just rude and don't care about you or your party waiting for long time. If you can't acomodate a large party just say it...we called ahead and they told us to just join the waiting list. After arriving we waited for over an hour and they totally ignored us all the time. Then they wanted to just seat us on separated tables even though there was a large table available, but the guy was goig to give to a party that arrived after we did. The same guy proceeded to call the manager on us because we asked him why dont you give us that table?...he told him we were being rude...please....when the manager told him to give us the table he took forever to clean it...very intentional about it... finally when seated 2 hours later) there was no utensils available at the time the food was out- we had to get up and find our own...and this same guy walking by us back and forth to the kitchen laughing just made us all uncomfortable and nervous about eating the food...they need to get it together and improve their service or just let this guy go...

Greetings everyone! I had a pleasant experience here. The ambiance is lovely and the food is excellent. My only concern is the limited restroom facilities, especially in such a bustling environment.Stacy, the bartender, provided exceptional and speedy service despite being busy.The average meal price ranges from $16 to $18.Operating hours are from 7am to 3pm.Many thanks!~Martika

Eggs Benedict with crab was not that good. The beignets were delicious. Hubby liked the scrambled eggs and bacon.

I placed an order for pick up at 11am and order didn’t get ready until 11:30an I had to wait a whole 30 minutes before getting the order all they had to say was that the kitchen was busy. No apology and no compensation about the extended wait. Asked to speak to a manager no one came out about what’s going on. There service is over all poor the servers in the front don’t care. If you are trying to get in and out do not come here at all. To top it off when I received the food it was cold. The chicken was dry and the waffle was soggy and cold!! This was not a great experience at all!!
