Mcdonald's - Pelham

This morning I stopped by the ride to work a quick cookie on my way. I'm in the left lane. 3 vehicles came to the right track and had their mission. Nevertheless, they did not accept my order. An employee went out of the back door and laid a cone behind my vehicle and told me nothing. Another order was taken by the right track. Not mine. I moved on to the local box A 1 block. Just tell me the station doesn't work. Don't ignore what I was there. Too many other options available are ignored locally.

There were 1/18/2021 lights standing up at 9:00 and we even saw a female coming into the window and leaving. No one ever came to the drive thru to our order in line 15 min on the speaker-encircled back and sat again, whoever was inside had not come to the speaker to take our order. I said hello several times, but still no recognition. Very unprofessional, especially regarding the person who was there and did not do their job company, was made aware.

All employees are really nice and our orders are always hot. A clean restaurant is also very appreciated! You?ll also get your food very fast.

So we all decided to pull our RVs into the large lot behind the restaurant. Although to our demise, the lot appeared to be filled with several tractor trailer semis. After circling the lot a second time, I noticed a sign stating ?No unattended tractor trailer parking allowed?. I was actually told by a trucker in that lot, how I didn?t belong there and it was for trucks only. I did notice semis parked there unattended. So I?m confused... and we are all still hungry! It would be nice if this franchise was more strict with their parking lot enforcement. Some truck drivers there think it?s ?their personal lot?, and I don?t believe it is. Hopefully our next RV visit through here will be better. ??

Literally the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. Two female employees arguing at drive through window. Fries were cold and Big Mac was cold, only cold thing that was decent was sweet tea. Literally had a headache and sick to my stomach after eating the food. Would rather stump my toe than visit this location again.
