McDonald's - Pelham

Seriously. never order again. last time, a whole meal missed order here, when she wanted to bring her attention in the take-out window, that we again pass through the drive thru and reorder when we refused to close window when we talk to the cash. she treated the manager who added to order meal times. then we were told to move forward. waiting for him and eating a sandwich was missing. I wanted to talk to the manager. you would think the manager would apologize and bring out the missing sandwich. No, she came out and said well, they were not accused. if you want to add a sandwich, you need to re-emergise the running gear up line. when she was questioned, she threw her poor one up, said herself dressed and went to the building. bad customer service ever. to many possibilities to deal with a badly managed, badly operated franchise that children work in guide roles at the evenings. it is hard to screw mcdonalds, but manage them.

We enjoy these mcdonalds because it is convenient, friendly and efficient. whether for a morning coffee or lunch we find a good place here. they are quite limited in the space they have as parking space and the drive thru are tight and it can...his busy inside as the people order up and find a table. still they get their order done and it's what we wanted.

To the afternoon the journey can get through quite a lot to do so that I find it faster to walk and place my order. I either eat or take it home to eat.

Ordered a $30 meal complete with 20 pack of nuggets large size, plus burgers and the Manager only filled the French fries half full?? I mentioned that I was with my 2 boys and if she could fill the fries to the top that would...be great. The manager became very rude and said that’s how she is suppose to do it, and refused to fill the fries beyond half full. This was all after I waited in line while they had 1 till open on a Saturday?? The manager also accused me of coming to the establishment and doing this all the time?? It was my first and last time to that location.

I went in and ordered a vanilla cone and a hot fudge sun. I was the only one who was ordered in the load and many of the employees seemed fluent and uncertain about what to do. I have my cone in order, but then. I saw a hired sundae cup filled with ice and put it on the side, then she took a mcflurry and went on to hot fudge on the mcflurry instead of my sundae. (honest mistake I thought). I then saw the girl that my order scrape from the hot, but now cold smoke from the mcflurry and put it back on my sun bench. I saw her all the time hoping she might throw it out and make me a new one. No, went on and gave it to me with a stupid look at her face. yes, it's just a sunset, but it's pretty crazy if someone doesn't follow simple instructions and knowingly messes up nothing about it. oh and her manager saw all the time. the ice was the only thing that went for this place and now I will never go again.
