Mcdonald's - Pekin

This place is always filthy when we go in here. You can't even sit at a table because they're all dirty. We ended up getting our food to go. The one down town is much better.

I ordered 2 plain hamburgers and it took 15minutes and 39 seconds and then they seemed overcooked a little to much. I have worked for McDonald's for 8 years and in the restaurant industry for at least 27 years and that I would be ashamed to have served that!!!

Why is it so hard to get a hamburger, not cheeseburger? They need to go back to hamburgers and cheese is an extra charge. Not everyone can have milk. Once waited for a plain kid burger for 10 minutes. They made it 3 times before it was no cheese.

Went in to order lunch on Christmas Eve, 2 bacon cheese burgers, 1 medium fry, and 2 mocha frappe's. 15 minutes later we recieved our meal, a whopping, $23.67, which is totally outlandish, but were given 2 mocha iced coffees. When we went back to the counter the mgr.tells us that their frappe machine was broken and needs to be repaired. I told her we did not want the iced coffees where she wouldn't give us our money back and we were not told when we have our order that the frappe machine was down, we didn't have a choice, terrible customer service. I went up to the ketchup and drink area to retrieve ketchup for my wife's fries, and there was no ketchup. So we had to get packets at the counter. Now I fully understand that there is a shortage of workers but I believe most of the condiments were on the front of the stainless steel condiment table with the mustard and fountain splatter also. It almost made us leave due to the filthy environment we had to eat in. Will not ever revisit this restaurant again. The owner/ manager needs to fire herself and if you want a 5* McDonald's go to North Pekin, they are the best of everything this one is not.

French fries are cooked too hard not as good as they used to be!
