Lobby looks promising, but the room was far below my expectations. I was in the Executive Room. It looked old and torn out, ac was hot, although at the end they could fix it a little

I like this hotel although it is not a brand new hotel, but everything I need is just enough available here. The room size is big, the location is strategic, you can find many culinary in walking distance from the hotel, and what I love the most is no smoking sign is everywhere in the hotel.

2nd time staying here. Receptionist well groomed and professional. Reminded me of 5 star hotel standard. The room was huge and grand. King size bed and comfortable. Air cond wasnt cold and later discovered there was a separate air cond unit by the window. The old air cond switch (outside the bathroom) should be removed as it was coming off the wall. There is big sofa chair with a glass-top side table. Discovered the glass-top came off easily as it was not fixed. Very dangerous if accidentally pushed it. I like the big working desk and very suitable for work-from-home concept. Big wooden wardrobe too with a safe inside. TV is rather small for the size of the room. Toilet is very big with separate shower area. Proper cleaning needed for the brownish stains on the shower area tiles. Can be slimy and slippery. Not a pleasant sight. Overall the room is warm and cozy. Loved it!! Only disadvantage, the disco music can be heard till 3am (weekday). Bit annoying. Breakfast was good. No complaint about it. Noticed a wire running across the coffeehouse near the buffet line. Its a safety hazard.

Old Hotel with spacious room. Breakfast was nice. Its unfortunate that they failed to disclose the ultimate benefit of staying in that hotel : The luxurious Grand Spa. I knew that it exist (and need specific voucher which they don't give if i didnt ask) already in the last day and also by accident because an employee told me.. i dont have the chance to try it.
