Bidrage med feedbackThat was quite surprising for us: the decor is not much, but it makes for ten times. we had the smoked trout, the thunfish and dessert. the choice of the wee was exquisite, as the first two courses. interesting taste combinations for. a very good price. keep to the cook.
I had pizza here after I had seen quite all the guests who eat theirs, so it seemed a popular choice. I ordered bolognese pizza, but what I received was a pizza with a tonne of whistle, paprika and a few very blanching chop meats. there was no one. taste of bolognese, so I was disappointed. my brother in law chose the scollop carbonara and I had immediately eat envy as it looked and tasted delicious! it might have been my fault, provided it would have been more of a bolognese sauce than a dry bolognese.
We went yesterday, friday night, with no reservation. We were too early' at 19.00 h and given a table at the end of the dining room, with no view at all. And the view is nice, as the restaurant overlooks the Lac de la Liez....Later the evening there were only 3 tables occupied. We took the menu les violiers' with apéritif maison. It came as a blanc de blancs with saffran liquor, very sweet, and accompanied by salami and kind of pastrami and some vegetable chips. Both tasted well but the combination was terrible. No match at all..no good start. Then came a duo of asparagus, green and white, which was ok. My partner had the foie gras, a very tiny slice on gingerbread and cream, served with chutney, a nice salad, but again sweet. The three elements were ok but not together....Main course: veal and mushrooms, very well prepared, tasty but the vegetables and kind of a dough-sausage, were terrible. Dessert: pineapple in a bombe inside frozen and hard, no success. They have a good cook but a bad sense of combining good food. Disappointed.
L'équipe jeune et dynamique n'a rien de novice dans le service et l'accueil. Réception chaleureuse et on sent tout de suite que le client va être chouchouté. La carte peut paraitre minimaliste mais quand on utilise des produits frais et que TOUT est fait maison, elle est parfaite. Si vous hésitez, optez pour les burgers qui deviennent un vrai plat raffiné lorsqu'ils sortent des cuisines. Le dessert..... juste parfait....fait maison comme on l'aime. En résumé, une très agréable redécouverte de ce restaurant aux nouveaux propriétaires qui ont tout compris de la restauration et surtout qui y prennent un réel plaisir, et ça se sent!!
Petit resto situé à proximité d'un lac, vue et accueil agréable. Les plats sont corrects et les desserts sont bon plus particulièrement l'éclair abricot safran.
