Bidrage med feedbackWe came here last week with my sister in law who was visiting from England and we all loved it! The owners are wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The food is well presented, we started with home made bread with tomatoes and ali oli. I had perfectly cooked (very large) lamb chops, husband had schnitzel and s in law had chicken, there's also the option of mixed grills and Angus steaks. We finished with a home made chocolate dessert which could have come from a Michelin star restaurant it was all delicious. I will definitely go back and highly recommend
Nice small restaurant, lite nicely l, very good owners serving well cooked and presented Argentinian meats. Steak is amazing.
We finally managed to visit this restaurant, which is just down the road from us, in January. I think the chef/owner is from Argentina and the menu is very meaty. There is a mixed grill at €20 for two, and it is huge. I had prawns and a delicious salad with goats cheese an fresh oranges. My carnivore plus brother in law and husband thoroughly enjoyed their meat fest. The owners are extremely friendly, the decor is vivid yet cosy and the loo nice and clean. I see from the board outside that they offer a menu del dia for €16 in the week, and it also looks huge. I seem to recall they are open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays only in the off season. If you send them a message via Facebook Messenger, they do respond. I can't quite recall the total bill, but it seemed fairly reasonable for such hearty meals. The restaurant was full of Spanish people by the time we left. Always a good sign. Recommended if you are visiting Pego or Oliva or live there. Oh, and you are offered a massive fresh baked loaf with your starter. You can't really go wrong!
Very well, we love a good amount compared to the price. It's a small restaurant where from the beginning you feel like family
Discovered this little gem whilst on a recent visit to the area to see the cherry blossom and what a find! The hosts were very welcoming, the restaurant is extremely clean, the music was most enjoyable and the food and drinks were superb. We had the fixed price lunch for 2 at €30. This consisted of a couple of complimentary tapas, a massive loaf of warm bread with alioli and tomate, a delicious goat's cheese and peach salad, authentic Argentinian empanadas, a massive mixed grill (steak, pork ribs, lamb steak and the most tasty sausages) served with fries and a chocolate cake to die for WOW, all excellent quality and superbly cooked such value for money. The beer, red wine and coffees were also good and well priced. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will return when next in the area.
