Great friendly restaurant with good atmosphere. Very helpful staff and service was excellent. Food was delicious. One of the best meals during our visit to Portugal.

Whilst waiting time can be long, the food is well worth waiting for. Try some of the local cheeses and wines while you wait. Book ahead as it is a small restaurant, and if there a lot of people, you may find yourself having to turn back. Also, remember that Pedrogao Grande is a very small town and does not have much to offer in terms of competition. That said, the overall quality here is well above average,
