We ate a complete menu, all delicious starting from the excellent aperitifs, passing through the rosemary focaccia (the very digestible and light pasta, pizzaiolo compliments) up to the first, seconds and dessert, also a delight. particularly recommended: - sea carbonara, these days to find a carbonara sauce made as a rule of art is really rare. - the sweet, sweet pig, accompanied by various contours that enhance its flavors, especially the sweetness of apples is perfectly matched. Finally congratulations to the staff of the room, very kind and attentive to carry out an ordered and coordinated service to perfection.
