Il Covo Trattoria - PEDASO

We came to explore Pedaso having read that it is a slightly more underdeveloped resort on the Le Marche coast, and we weren't disappointed. After walking up and down we decided that Il Covo looked like the most inviting of places to eat, and we weren't wrong. The service was friendly, the food was marvellous (the freshest of mussels... delicious! and the house wine was more than drinkable. We'll definitely be coming back.

We came to Il Covo's recently opened beachside restaurant in a party of 12 on Friday evening and were treated to a wonderful feast of seafood. From breaded mussels to linguine vongole, delicious fried fish and calamari to grilled sole and the rather ugly looking rospo, and this was a quite fabulous meal, accompanied by the restaurant's house white. With a view across the beach as the sun set, this is somewhere I can thoroughly recommend. Bon appetito.

Lovely fun. I made everything careful. Big diversity for fish, some kind of top-care. The antipaste raw tunamon is a rapist.
