Whataburger - Pearland

Horrible whataburger, 45 minutes to get our food, all of the dining area was waiting on their orders. I spoke with the manager and i received attitude when asking why it was taking so long. To top it off when we got our food everything was cold. The onlyperson who was courteous was the young man who took our order and even apologized. I Don't Recommend this location.

The wait for your food at this location is ridiculous. Ignore any timeframe the app gives you. It's clear they're short staffed yet they're always busy. Don't bother with curbside you'll end up having to go inside anyway. The wait inside is no better.The drive thru may be the way to go. Hire more people!

I?ve reported your location to 3 delivery platforms for the unacceptable wait time your staff forces upon delivery drivers. We don?t get paid to wait! Plus the OLO are paid for so they should take priority. I have picked up at Salt Grass 5 minutes afteraccepting the order and the food is ready and if it?s not ready hey communicate with me how long it would be. Several other highend restaurants take less than 20 minutes to complete an order and they have way more customers so it?s unacceptable to havewaited 30-40 minutes for an order I received 10 minutes before walking in. FIX IT because you are messing with mine and otherpeoples money and time!

Very friendly staff. Very patient as we examined the menu. Dining area was not crowded, very clean. Staff was circling around to check on customers. Banana Pudding shake is just plain YUMMY! Dying to try it mixed with Strawberry...doesn't that just soundabsolutely divine? Will definitely be back to this location.

Fries when hot was ok. Burger was also ok. Had to do dine in coz the line in drive thru was long. Faster service in dine ins.
