Kayla and her team are so easy to work with! They can customize anything on their menu to meet nutrition goals, dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Kayla is super quick to respond to any questions. The meals are all delicious and always fresh! If you're in need of a meal prep service, I can't recommend her enough!

I have an autoimmune disorder and needed an anti-inflammatory diet. I was referred to Kayla and what a difference eating her meals has made to my health. She listens and works with me to make sure I am getting meals I enjoy and that work best for my diet. Pricing is reasonable too.
