Worst experience ever, first time there and never back again, placed a order for 10 pounds and only got like 4 pounds, I waited for more than 1 hour, when I received the order, the crawfish were COLDD, only like 4 pounds and they didn’t tell me they were going to be short, and still was charged the whole amount, one guy there idk if it was the owner, super rude, and never accepted their mistake, I don’t know what kind of people is working there, and what kind of values they have, you don’t give a order like that, and still say is not your fault, just with owner or person in charge attitude I can tell the way people is being trained there, customer is definitely not a priority, you don’t play with people’s money and time like that. Show respect for the customer because I’m sure they don’t want to be treated like this ever no matter where they go. I swear I wish I could give them 0 or less, the way I was treated was awful, first time that I receive this kind of attitude, lack of values, lack of order, lack of customer service, lack of professionalism and definitely lack of customer service
