Buffalo Wild Wings - Pearland

Whelp it’s nice to know that the Buffalo Wild Wings in Pearland is always consistently bad. I stopped going to this location because the quality of the food is terrible and it takes an act of God, or for you to know someone who works there to actually get good quality food that’s hot, fresh, and made how you want it. I ordered 15 traditional wings, extra crispy, all flats, and extra wet wild sauce. The wings I got weren’t extra crispy and weren’t extra wet. Some wings didn’t have any sauce on them at all. If you look on the receipt I ordered at 5:34pm. If you look at the yellow/white kitchen ticket the order was bagged at 5:38pm. That’s 4mins. I know it takes 12-13 minutes minimum to cook Buffalo wings. and another 3-5mins to make them extra crispy. That means you didn’t even try, you just wanted the order gone and off your screen so you don’t have to do anything. Now, I know that Buffalo Wild Wings mass cooks there wings and then keeps them in a heater till they serve them. But hell atleast re-fry them for a couple minutes! Something, anything to show me that you cared a little bit about my food. But again the is the Pearland location. They’ve been struggling for years with this and other issues. I should have known better. Well, I confirmed my suspicions and will never come back to this horrible location again. It’s such a shame that a building that looks that nice puts out food that constantly sucks so much. Such a waste.

Wings were very dry. Not fresh. I typically love BWW but these were 80.00 of chicken jerky. 8
