This location is quite possibly the worst fast food experience in Houston. They are fighting pretty hard, I'll give them that.

The only time I get what I order is when the manager himself is working the window. Today I ordered a jalapeño bacon ranch combo, fried chicken sliders, and an extra side of fries. I received all of my sliders, but no fries (not from the combo or the extra side) and some sort of turkey banana pepper wrap? Not at all what I ordered. I wish this were the first time my order has been completely wrong, but unfortunately its only been exactly right once. Hopefully this is just due to new, under-trained staff and is fixed soon.

This place is so underrated. The orders are always accurate and always fresh. Sometimes they run out of large cups, which is lame, but other than that, they are on point all the time.
