Bidrage med feedbackWaited 1 1/2 hours for Order placed on slice. When I called to find out where it was, they said it is leaving now. Showed up 20 moneys later. I live 5 minutes away.I ordered chicken Florentine, but got chicken Marsala. The other meal was lobster ravioli in vodka sauce. It was just a plain red sauce. It was supposed to come with bread but none in the bag.Will not be ordering from there again.
I have been eating at Milanos of years. The food is great, but recently the alleged manager James (who he claimed to be) with his bare hands picked a piece of chicken from a pan used to make a Florentine slice and ate. Did not wash and proceeded to handle more food. Never washed no gloves. I will never eat here again until the owner remove this gross embarrassment of a manager. I have been a regular for years. They just lost my business and I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues at the Nanuet School district and PTA of Pearl River schools. I want this “James” out. I asked for contact information for the owner and “James” refused. The owner never mismanaged this place like this. I was told he is in Florida and would not be returning. I really hope the owners return and remove this kid and his disgusting habits from this restaurant which should be one of the finest in Pearl River.
Worst restaurant.2hrs late pizza was place on the ground didn't ring bell worker refuse mask wear when delivering. So nasty and cursing at me for what?do not bye from here

My order was set to be delivered at 7:15 pm. It did not come until 8:35. After calling several times to get a refund, they refused. At 8:35 a man was at my door banging very loudly considering my 2 of children (both under the age of 3) were in bed at that point. When I answered the door he was shoving a pizza box in the door saying why aren 't you answering the door? , as if the delivery was not an hour and half behind schedule. I told him that the email stated delivery would be at 7:15, to which he called me a liar. When I showed him the email, he stated that next time he will make sure that the email states the correct time. There was no apology. There was no refund.
