Wendy's - Pearl City

I have been buying my nephew food from this location for over a year even though I live on the mainland. All he ever needs to do is provide the order code and they give him his meal.Today the counter worker told him he cannot pick up the order without my ID. When I called the restaurant, the person answering said that he needed ID and to see my receipt on my phone. When I explained that I was in california, he said sorry, it's policy. He also said that he had my order and would not refund my money.It's pretty sad that a franchise would steal money from an elderly widow and not honor my order for my nephew.

This restraint on the outside may not look like much but on the inside it gives just the right setting anyone would want to eat in with fast service and tasty

They had a Tuesday special. Buy a taco salad get a small fries free. Added a free senior drink and I had a whole meal for under $10! Great!

I've always liked the menu at Wendys. Fast food. Service was ok.
