Bidrage med feedbackHappened on to this place on our way to the Algonac Maritime Museum- original home of the Chris Craft wooden boat. And we walked into what seemed a MINI museum of CC memorabilia. So many pictures and articles with CC parts and the like. Very cool north woods feel! And then the FOOD! Can’t hardly beat fried blue gill. Fresh bread and creamy coleslaw started off our meal. Never had what appeared to be cranberries in the butter, but it wasn’t offensive! Then the fish and HUGE twice baked potatoes were delivered. Yum! Yum! And our SERVICE was excellent. Emily was most accommodating and VERY pleasant! All in all, it was a delightful experience!! Try it!
Food is always good, and the service is great. We came in an hour before closing and got the Prime Rib dinner for 2. The meat was cold, and the broccoli was barely steamed and edible. We'll continue to go here, just not so late again.
The food is always excellent. Prices are reasonable
We've frequented the location multiple times over the past many years under different names and have always been happy with the food and service. It is a great place to have lunch and grab a bite or to have a casual dinner with friends or family. The menu features enough items to please most eaters, young and old, and features many of the local freshwater favorites like Perch and Walleye. We frequently recommend this restaurant to friends and family who are in the area.
The sautéed perch was excellent, loved all the vintage chris craft stuff. Will take pictures next visit, salmon on first visit was also excellent. Little bit of a drive for us but worth it.
