Bidrage med feedbackUnfortunately, this restaurant is in the habit of lying about their hours in order to avoid actually fulfilling orders. I placed an order at 8 pm for 2 sandwiches through the subway app. The app allowed me to do this and stated the location was open and I even double checked the hours listed which confirmed the location should be open until 10 pm. When my husband arrived to pick up the sandwiches the door was locked and when he finally got in contact with an employee they stated this location always closes at 8. If that 's the case, this store needs to update their hours on their signage, online, in the app, etc. because nowhere else is that communicated. When asked what would happen with our order the employee refused to make our meal and also refused to give a refund. So now I 've paid for something I didn 't receive because this business can 't figure out when they close or how to honor orders they accept.
I ordered three sandwiches at 7:13 pm. Pick up was at 7:30 pm. I picked up my food at 7:38 pm. Our sandwiches were cold. One of them had too much buffalo sauce which made the bread soggy and chewy. The cold cold bread was hard, sandwich dry. Did not add the extra onions and letter I asked for. Did not have any mayo, or the other sauce its added with the sandwich. Not a happy customer. Another thing, I called them numerous time No answer... I arrived to pick up the sandwiches and the gentleman working there was looking through his phone. ?The place was EMPTY.
So sad to see that new management hasn’t done anything to help this location. First time I tried to go after they re-opened under new management, went in the middle of the day on a Saturday and they were not open when store hours said they should be. Tried it again today for lunch. No one speaks when you walk in they just stare at you and wait on you to tell them what you want. I asked for a pizza sub, they said they didn’t have that, only pizzas. I get that it’s not a normal menu item, so I asked can I get just marinara, pepperoni cheese on a sub. They said we don’t have those ingredients. If that’s the case, I guess they weren’t making over half of their menu items today. I walked out.

Wow. This location has went down hill really fast. The staff were rude and he had the could care less attitude. No hint of care in his voice. His attitude almost caused us to walk out while he was making the sandwiches. Basically a get your stuff and get out. The food wasn't fresh either. Definitely will not be going back anytime soon.
