We stayed at the hotel for one night with Jolly tour. The entrance of the hotel is in the passage in the market, you can go up by stairs. We had a hard time with the luggage, there was no helpful staff, we carried it ourselves. The dinner menu was said to be a very limited open buffet, but (soup, vegetables, meat, pasta, rice, dessert) self-service and an open buffet are not the same thing you get your water from the dispenser with a plastic cup. At the Black Sea restaurant, it was said that the tea was over, the service ended at 9 in the evening, the breakfast was very poor, there was no staff, we were not satisfied.
