Bidrage med feedbackI came to this establishment and had the worst experience. So first, I received the wrong order, so I went up to the cashier and let her know that my order (lettuce wrap cheeseburger) was wrong. She was very polite by the way no issues with her. They started remaking my burger and when they gave me the new one, it was wrong... again. This time there was no cheese in it. So I brought it back again, went back and forth with the cook because he was all pissed off, then he remade another burger, the right way. So here 's where it went south, the cook was pissed off about making 3 burgers, so he got in the cashiers face, and said she 's gonna have to pay for the cheese.. (yes the cheese) and then walked away, turned around and said actually you 're gonna pay for all 3 burgers (face to face with her, finger all pointed in her face, all that) so I told her just charge me for the burgers because I 'm not gonna let them do that to her. That 's d I reassured her that none of this is her fault. So I went back and forth with the cook myself and we needed going our separate ways. In general, it was the WORST customer service, and definitely the most POOR display of leadership, and just a terrible way of running a business. Seeing how they treat their employees in FRONT OF CUSTOMERS, and to be in a persons face THAT mad, ABOUT CHEESE. It 's degrading, it 's stupid, AND it 's ILLEGAL. In the state of California an employer CANNOT CHARGE their employees for mistakes made. The employer can impose disciplinary action but they must absorb the cost of mistakes by the employee.
Ranch burger has closed and reborn into Texas burger drive in from Gustine but kept the ranch burger name they have opened up at the perfect time Patterson has been missing a good place to kick back and have some good burgers I highly recommend them
Wow! This is our NEW Burger place! Loved it! The female cashier was awesome, she was patient with us in taking our order! Thank you! It is a 20 minute drive from where we live, BUT it is so WORTH the Drive!!! We will sure be going back!
I found a strawberry in my oreo milkshake ? But other than that it tastes really good. Everything is great.
I was a huge fan of Tiger's Den (yes, I'm throwing it all the way back and genuinely enjoyed Ranch Burger (mainly for it's nostalgic appeal . But over the past few years, the burgers and fries were not as tasty as they used to be and the hours of operation were limited (closed on weekends! . BUT, that has all changed. Ranch Burger is under new management. It's got a fresh coat of paint (crimson and grey! and a revamped menu. And the food.... DELICIOUS! Also, they still sell Pepsi (that alone merits additional stars . I came on a Sunday at 10:30 am (they open at 9:00 am and was greeted by a friendly smile. After familiarizing myself with the menu, I ordered the Texas Deluxe Burger (aka Ranch Special my husband ordered the Deluxe Bacon Burger. The wait was minimal and the food was delicious. There was plenty of bacon on the Bacon Burger, both burgers had fresh toppings and plenty of sauce. The crinkle cut fries were crispy and had seasoning salt. The food is solid and reasonably priced. I will definitely be going back whenever I'm in town. I just want to thank the new owners for bringing back this gem. The new paint looks great and the food is even better. They take ApplePay and participate in DoorDash.
