Holiday Inn - Patnitop

Not the original Holiday Inn. worst room service, low quality rooms just like oyo rooms, Hotel Manager is also very rude, was not ready to give us the bill for extra heater we asked for. The washrooms were smelly just like public toilets. 0% hygienic, Even their food quality was also so miserable i suffered diarrhoea. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Pathetic Hotel , no credit card no UPI payment accepted only cash is accepted.No corporation. No electric sockets for charging mobile. No restaurant facilities.Hotel corridor stinks from the smell of toilet. Additional amenities provided. Beware this is not the actual holiday inn brand . Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Room was not good The room was smelly Next to our there some washroom or some duct it felt like there was a public toilet when ever we went out. The service was good. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 3
