Pizza Hut Express - Paterson

Overpriced, lighting is dim and unappealing, and atmosphere is extremely outdated. The setup is ridiculous with having a hostess stand, you don't pay at the table and then send you to the ice cream shop to pay for your dinner.

I did not enjoy the pizza I received. It was cold, hard, and tasted like plain bread with butter. Thumbs down.

The young lady who served me at the restaurant took my payment and then proceeded to prepare my order wearing the same gloves. This is not sanitary as gloves should be changed regularly. I mentioned this to her managers and the store owner should be vigilant about issues like this.

I am giving this restaurant 1 star solely because we actually received our food. We waited an hour for just 2 pizzas because there were 3 people ahead of us with complaints. When we finally got the pizzas, I requested mine to be well-done, but one of them was burnt. This is not the first time this has happened, as they are usually undercooked and doughy. Save yourself time and money by avoiding this place.
