That lady should be fired. Every time I have to buy some coffee shes on a bad mood.

I used the exclusive member app to get a free muffin with a purchase of a drink and they said i need to order over the phone... They have a scan bar code to use in the store as well. They need to train thier employees well.

No wifi. No bathroom. Coffee terrible. Have all your own amenities if You need to study cause u will be disappointed. Staff judgmental. I don't even review this way. I try not to give anything one star

This location is in need of more staff! It is located next-door to the cities municipal building, court house and across the street from the county college. A very busy area and the service is extremely slow. Not only is it slow but almost every orderis delivered incorrect! It was a Friday morning and there were only two employees! Do not visit this Dunkin? expecting quickservice! By the way it?s time to update the picture with your location, it?s been over 5 years that the store moved across thestreet!
