Today we have tested the paella service at home of senia and the result has been magnifico. a marvellous Valencian paella, full of flavor and with large amounts (until it has leftover). Without a doubt, and in this period of confinement and until we can return to the restaurant, we will again order rice in the house nimo and continue this great way.
